Tucked into the Blue Ridge Mountains near Zionville, this cozy log cabin offers a quiet setting for relaxed getaways in North Carolina’s High Country. Located within a private, gated community and accommodating up to eight guests, the recently renovated home combines classic cabin character with practical comforts across three levels.

The main living area provides a comfortable place to gather after a day in the mountains, with a sleeper sofa offering additional accommodations for two guests. The fully equipped kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances along with cookware and bakeware for preparing meals at home. A washer and dryer are also available on the lower level for added convenience.

Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are distributed throughout the cabin, giving guests added separation and privacy. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ample storage, while the open loft bedroom includes a queen bed and a daybed with a trundle. Upstairs, the full bathroom has a bathtub and shower, while the lower-level bathroom features a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a handmade barn door.

Outside, the wraparound back porch is home to a new private hot tub, providing a relaxing place to enjoy the cool mountain air. A path leads from the cabin to a separate outdoor fire pit surrounded by the wooded setting, creating another inviting gathering spot for evenings outside.

Boone is approximately 15 minutes away, placing Appalachian State University, restaurants, shopping, and the attractions of the High Country within easy reach. Winter adventures are also nearby, with Sugar Mountain approximately 35 minutes away and Beech Mountain about 45 minutes from the cabin. Guests should note that the property is accessed by a dirt road, and four-wheel drive and/or chains may be necessary during periods of winter weather.
