We love Esperanza! Everything at the property is well designed with each guest in mind. The grounds and views of the ocean are gorgeous. The staff is amazing; seeing to our every need. I can't say enough about how much we enjoying staying here. This visit we had a top floor 4 bedroom condo and it was fabulous! Very spacious with views of the grounds, pool and ocean. We enjoyed dining at all 3 restaurants in the resort and only left the resort for 2 dinners out. First, El Huerto farm to table restaurant is nearby and so fun with beautiful garden to stroll and delicious food. Our last night we had dinner at Ilios Greek restaurant, also very nearby. Such a fun night to celebrate. It feels more like a hip Miami Club with DJ, performers and dance music. Very fun and food was very good. We had the best week with our family including 7 month old grand daughter. Can't wait to go back! ”

Perfection

We had an incredible time at Esperanza! It’s a special property for us (many past celebrations) so we were filled with nostalgia and they sure delivered on what we were hoping for. The food and service was absolutely spectacular. Love the new gym and yoga studio. Our kids loved the pools… we had so much to do we didn’t even leave the property. We hope we get another opportunity to stay there… we miss it already!”

Incredible Villa, Incredible vacation

The property is one of the best in Cabo. There is so much room in the villa, and it is so beautifully decorated and clean - I can't wait to go back. We had two families of 4 and 5 people, and there was still plenty of room left over. I think the best thing to say is - I can't wait to go back!! I definitely recommend. ”

We love this resort, but this stay did not meet our expectations.

Having stayed at the resort once before through Exclusive Resorts, I had something to compare to, so my review may be based on higher expectations. The villa was beautiful, and almost exactly like the property I had stayed in before. We were upset to find out that we did not get access to the villa pools, or the spa, since we enjoyed them so much the last time we were there. On the 3rd day, we came home to no power in the residence. They came to try to fix it, and determined that the owner (what they said) did not pay their electric bill, so it had been turned off. The staff did find us a really nice home to move to, with a private pool and hot tub. It was a bit of a hike to the restaurants and resort, but it was very nice. We were only there for 3 nights, so it was disappointing to deal with this on the 3rd night. The resort and restaurants are so beautiful, so I would definitely recommend staying there, but to make sure that you know what is included, and that the owners have paid their bills! ”

Exceptional stay! We loved our stay at Esperanza! Incredible views everywhere you look. We never got tired of the amazing scenery. There are many swimming pools to choose from while a guest there. It is always a risk to book a trip to cabo during hurricane season but this last week certainly paid off! The condo is spacious, has all the amenities, fabulous views and service might be the best I have ever received. With so few people at the resort it felt like there was a 4-1 service ratio! Roberto, the concierge, could not have been more helpful and full of fun little surprises in our residence when we returned back daily. Breathtaking condo with all of the amenities, unmatched customer service, flawless landscaping, and the most amazing swimming pools and pool bars. Thank you for making my high school daughters graduation week so special. The only concern here...if you choose to eat, play and spend most of your time at the resort be prepared to pay high prices. Absolutely perfect!

Everything about our stay at Esperanza was perfect - from the warm greeting by our concierge, Roberto, upon arrival to his farewell at our departure. The residence itself was beautiful - fully equipped and stocked with groceries. There were three couples on this trip, and room to spare (literally!). The beds are heavenly - will be purchasing one of those. The grounds at Esperanza are meticulously maintained and beautiful. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more welcoming. Miguel at the swim-up pool bar kept us well hydrated - you must request one of his specialty drinks: the Poseidon. The restaurants on the property were fabulous - and there is not a more beautiful spot to dine than out on the rocks at La Cocina del Mar, with the waves crashing all around. The food was pretty spectacular, as well. This is a place we will definitely put on our list of places to revisit. ”

What an incredible property!

Our trip was fabulous! The four bedroom villa was gorgeous - roomy, spotless, and the view was magnificent. The resort is five star! The spa, work-out facility and restaurants were very special. And the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. It was a very memorable experience!”

Third time still a charm....

This is my 3rd time back to Esperanza and really enjoy Auberge's first class service.....I love this property as a convenient getaway from the West Coast and would highly recommend it. It's beautifully maintained and difficult not to relax here. The one thing to note is that 3rd Home guests to the Private Residences don't technically have access to the Main Resort and the Villa's pool areas (the pool depicted in many of the pictures on the main Esperanza site). The Private Residence's pool area is set off the ocean and it often has lots of children milling about. If the other parts of the resort happen to have low occupancy during your stay, they will sometimes allow 3rd Home guests access to those areas.”

Wow!

This place was beautiful! A destination in itself. Plenty of room for my family. Several beautiful pools to enjoy. Further away from town and expensive to eat there, but the food is delicious and the views from the restaurants are amazing. Auberge Residences - Cabo San Lucas

Our group of six just returned from a week at the Auberge Residences in Cabo. We had an extraordinary time, carefree because of the fabulous service of Roberto and Jorge, our concierges, who took care of all reservations, tee times and anything else we needed. The 4-bedroom unit was beautiful and offered us all the amenities we could desire and the optional housecleaning made it totally painless. The condo lacked a full ocean view, but the tropical setting substituted nicely. The resort's beach, restaurants, pools and services were second to none. It was hard to leave to play some of the great golf courses during our stay. A wonderful trip. ”

My family and I also enjoyed the location of the resort, as we were able to drive into town a couple nights for dinner and shopping at the harbor as well. Another fantastic experience….

We love this property. This was our second time at Esperanza and it was another amazing experience! I can't say enough about the customer service, food, activities, SPA, and the property itself! We were married in October and there could not have been anywhere better to spend our honeymoon. Our personal concierge Roberto, was the absolute best! Wonderful Golf Trip to Esperanza

Our stay at the Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas was beyond expectations. The apartment is spacious and beautiful; the resort has everything: great views, restaurants, spa, pools, beach, room-service, daily cleaning and the best service possible from their crew, specially their personal concierge, Roberto. We enjoyed visiting Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo along the beautiful coastline, but spend most of our time playing golf on great courses like Cabo del Sol, which is a most when visiting Cabo. This is a place we would like to return ASAP. ”

Wonderful vacation!

This is the second time we stayed and we will return again when possible, it was truly a 5 star property the staff were 5 star as well. The grounds were gorgeous and so was the private villa we stayed in. Plenty of room and very nicely decorated with all the amenities that you would want or need. We enjoyed many nights on the balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds lit up at night. It was a great time for all of our family, a quiet place to relax and get away. This is one of the nicest places we have encountered so far and we travel quite often.”

Total Bliss!

I'm a little hesitant to post this review. Why? Because I'd like to keep this place all to myself and not tell anyone how wonderful it is! The Auberge Private Residence at Esperanza is absolutely flawless. Having a personal concierge/butler discreetly checking on you wasn't bad either! Especially when his name is Roberto and he seemed to know what we needed before we even did! If you like being pampered, then this is the place! Phil, the owner of this property was so quick to respond to my emails and even provided me his personal pics of the property. He told me I would love it and he sure was right! I'm a huge fan of 3rd Home, Wade Shealy and his staff. Wonderful people to work with and such a great program for second and third home owner's.”

One of our best vacations ever- thanks 3RD HOME!!!

We have been going to our other family homes at the beach and mountains for the last several years, and this year we made the decision to try something different. Wow, did we make the right decision! We decided to go to Los Cabos in Mexico, and being a member of 3RD HOME gave us access to an amazing 4 bedroom condo in the Esperanza Resort! We were greeted with warmth right when we got off the airplane and put in a Escalade to the resort. Once there, for the next 7 days, we did everything from parasailing for the first time, to my 4 year riding a dolphin, to being 15 feet from hump back whales leaping out of the water! I even got to experience my first hole in one with my father and father in law on a beautiful 85 degree day! The food and service at Esperanza was exceptional and our accommodations were nothing short of 5 star quality. ”

Place is nice...

This place is very nice. However, the $300 resort fee is actually $387. They charge 3 other charges along with the $300 to come up with $387. I am not a fan of hidden charges. The stay was very nice however, even though the elevator to our 4th floor unit broke again and had to be repaired. ”

Absolutely Beautiful!

We had a wonderful time at Esperanza. The Residences and beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and always available. The grounds of the resort are impeccably maintained. The restaurants were delicious. Traveled with small children and had a magnificent time. Glad we did not fall victim to the negative impression the media has put out lately in regards to Mexico. Always felt safe, traveled into town several times for shopping, dining etc... I hope to have the opportunity to return with the family in the future. Relaxing and Luxurious Cabo San Lucas

In one word, perfect. The accommodations where beyond expectations, the service was exceptional, the property was immaculate. We could not have had a better time, the weather in May was ideal, sunny and warm, with a light ocean breeze day and night. 5 star resort and 5 star

We arrived and were greeted with cold water, wash towels and a welcome Margarita, we had no idea wha else was in store. Wow were we impressed, the resort was amazing, the villa was incredible, everything you neded and more. We have traveled all over the world and came for the world class fishing but it was hard to leave the resort and the villa itself. It was so nice to relax and enjoy the beautiful views from every balcony and every window, at night we enjoyed the sunsets and the soft wind and landscape lighting that created a soft romantic glow each night. We will certainly be back, for the resort and for more fishing, we loved it!”
