Nadeem’s magnificent home in paradise

I absolutely love this home. I stayed there with friends and Nadeem was so good at communicating and set us up with a fabulous Butler and the home itself. I cannot say enough good things about it. It is First rate absolutely perfect in every way. The swimming pool was so warm and large enough to swim laps. The home has everything extremely high-end furnishings kitchen. The restaurants (7 we ate at) at Pueblo Bonito were first rate we did the all-inclusive and had great dinners at all the restaurants we ate at. Enjoyed a turtle release on the beach. ”

Luxurious Viceroy Residence

The Viceroy Residence at Novaispania has it all. Comfort, beautifully appointed, technologically advanced lighting, sound, and water features, spacious rooms with private bathrooms, a two-car garage, inner patio with fireplace and open-air seating, and a gorgeous private pool, jacuzzi, and firepit with comfortable seating, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Although on the second row of houses and not beach front, the ocean view was still spectacular. The golf course Quivira is a must-play experience and only 3 minutes to the clubhouse. Overall, the Pueblo Bonito Resort is large and has all you need to make for a comfortable stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We hope to return again. ”

Luxury Cabo Experience

The Novaispania residence is large, luxurious and a perfectly designed vacation home. We spent most of the week hanging out in the outside terrace and pool area cooking out and sampling a variety of tequilas. The weather in winter in Cabo lends itself to spending all leisure time outside and the outside areas of our Novaispania home were comfortable and inviting. Since we were there at the peak of whale watching season we had the perfect viewing area of humpback whales playing, diving and spouting offshore. Each of the four bedrooms were private, huge and airy with an awesome view. Just outside our residence was a walking path that led to all areas of the Pueblo Bonito resort complex so we covered a lot of ground walking during the week. On those days we leaned toward lazy, our concierge called a shuttle for us to get around. There are several restaurants at Pueblo Bonito but they catered to an all-inclusive crowd and weren't geared to serving patrons who just wanted to catch a dinner once or twice during the week. We preferred to go into Cabo San Lucas and dine in the local establishments of which there were many to choose from. Cabo is located only 10 minutes from Pueblo Bonito and San Jose del Cabo is about 40 minutes away. All things considered, Novaispania is a great residence. ”

Beautiful house in large resort community. Concierge, daily cleaning and gardener available though stay. We were in Governor model next to construction of new homes, strongly recommend to not be given unit in construction area. Viceroy model is higher grade, oceanfront and strongly recommend if available. ”

Everything You Desire - Paradise!

NOVAISPANIA Residence is located in a secure and high-end gated resort with a complementary shuttle. The shuttle is all you need to get around to the onsite restaurants, golf club, spa, tennis, beaches, and pools. I suggest that you pay extra with transportation from the airport to stop and get groceries before you arrive. This is because you are not very close to any stores. Once we arrived, it was truly paradise! Our family was greeted at the residence by our wonderful concierge Karen, who handled every request graciously and professionally. Our first night we requested a chef catering experience at the residence, which was truly a culinary delight! It was a great way to kick off our vacation, and I highly recommend this. We enjoyed the endless amenities indoors and outdoors. The unit was beautifully decorated and comfortable with spectacular views from every room. We spent most days outdoors by the infinity pool and spa gazing at the Sea of Cortez. In the evening after dinner the sunken fire pit by the pool was the perfect way to end the night. My sons and husband fished with Cabo anglers two full days catching rooster fish and large mahi mahi. We enjoyed cooking these at the outdoor kitchen while enjoying the views. We dined at a few local restaurants but our favorite was right on the premises called "La Frieda" - first class! I only had one complication which was the communication from the Property Manager which made planning our arrival confusing. However, I can't wait to return to NOVAISPANIA.
